- Background and credit checks are mandatory. Felonies are a disqualifying factor.

- Applicant will pay the 34.95 fee for background and credit checks through cozy.co.
- First month’s rent and all deposits must be paid with cashier’s check or money order.
- Subsequent months’ rent will be paid through http://www.cozy.co through bank deposit or credit card.

Pet Deposit: $250 per pet
Security Deposit: $800

Process to Apply:
- Email 2011dellbrook@gmail.com and request an application.
- Submit the application and be sure to fill in preferred times to view the property.
- Once you tour the property and decide to apply, you will be sent a link to purchase a background/credit check.
- You will be notified if you do or do not qualify for the property once references and information are verified.
